We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it. Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. First of all you don't need any software just a little aknowledge in CSS (everybody can do it, it's really simple) and an image editor. The image editor (Photoshop CS3 for example is the only software you'll need)
To import : Place it in : ProgramFiles/Steam(or Valve)/Skins.
